Welcome Raiders: Alright we have some rules that will be going into effect for our raiding. 1. You MUST have ventrilo set up on your comptuter so you may listen to boss reminders or directions. If you don't have this then you may not be allowed to participate in the raid. 2. You MUST have a current Omen Theart Meter, the most current ones are found either from www.curse.com or www.wowhead.com it is your responsibility to test these to make sure they work before entering the raid, if you don't have this addon you may not be allowed to participate in the Raid. 3. After looking at the polls for voting on length of raid time it is between 2 and 3 hours that most have voted on. So come prepared to raid for 2 hours and 30 minutes at least if people want to stay longer thats fine. This time starts from the time that the Raid was supposed to start so if your late it cuts all members raiding time short unless they decide to stay late. So if you are a Raider you need to have this time block open while you raid, if you can't make the whole thing let someone know in advance and me may have to find a replacement for that night. 4. Punctuality is needed, if you are scheduled to raid and are late you may be left out. It is your responsibility to inform an officer if you will be late so they know. If you are scheduled don't be waiting on an alt character until the last minute be on your main and ready for an invite to the raid. 5. Preperation is a MUST. Come fully prepared to the raid having food, water, mana potions, health potions, arrows, food for pet, and anything else that may come in handy. Bring extra just in case. Prepare outside the game as well using the bathroom, getting a drink or food, smoking or whatever, remember all these bosses are on a timer that doesn't wait. 6. Come REPAIRED. Don't arrive at a raid unless you have just repaired, it is a waist of time if one person in the middle of a timed event has to go repair, most bosses have a Trash TImer that doesn't wait for broken members. 7. Make sure you READ about the bosses in the Guild Forums. This falls under the same Guide Lines as coming prepared. 8. Lastly Come to have FUN. Raiding shouldn't be all work so have fun while your there, arrive early and participate in some friendly Guild Chat.
